JioCloud an easy way to store, sync, stream, and share data for business or with friends and family. It is like carrying an invisible hard disk, containing all your collection of music, photos, documents and contacts wherever you go.

✨Am I eligible to subscribe to JioCloud? 

If you have an active Jio account, you are eligible to subscribe to JioCloud. JioCloud offers a wide variety of ways to access the content you have stored in your account (for e.g. computer, mobile phone, and web browser).



✨How do I start using JioCloud?

If you have a Jio account, you do not need to create a separate JioCloud account. The login credentials you use to sign in to MyJio will also be used to sign in to JioCloud app.

To start using JioCloud, follow these simple steps:

1.Download the JioCloud app from Google Playstore or Appstore.

2.You can also login to JioCloud from our website https://www.jiocloud.com.

3.Enter your Jio User ID and Password to login.

4.Once JioCloud log in is complete, you can start uploading and Syncing files to JioCloud.



✨On which devices can I use JioCloud?

JioCloud is supported on mobile, desktop and web platforms.


✨Mobile:

✔️Android (OS version 4.2 and above) - Smartphone and Tablet.

✔️iOS (9.0 and above) - iPhone and iPad


✨Desktop:

✔️Windows 7 (64 bit), Windows 10 (64 bit).

✔️Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite), 10.11 (El Capitan) and 10.12 (Sierra)


✨Web:

✔️Mozilla Firefox - latest two versions.

✔️Safari - latest version

✔️Google Chrome - latest version.


✨When I sign in to JioCloud, do I use the same sign-in information as MyJio? 

Yes. Your sign-in credentials for MyJio are also to be used to log in to your JioCloud account.


The feature which attracted me the most toward JioCloud was its free tier storage limit which is upto 15GB and can be increased upto 50GB just by referring it to couple of friends . This limit is way bigger than 15GB on Gdrive and 2GB on Dropbox. So if you want to backup your important datas on a cloud storage then you can definately try this app 🙌🙌.
